Job Description
Become a pivotal Team Lead at LGI Healthcare Solutions, specializing in systems deployment within a thriving healthcare environment. Work remotely or in-office while utilizing your Azure DevOps skills.
In your role, you will oversee team operations and manage deployment strategies, working alongside the Team Manager. You will coach specialists, identify training requirements, and facilitate communication to ensure seamless project execution. Your leadership will contribute to continuous process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise deployments and solve operational issues
• Plan and conduct post-mortem reviews for improvements
• Assign tasks and manage project priorities with the team
• Coach and support specialists during their tasks
• Develop strategies with R&D and Architecture teams
Requirements:
• College diploma in Computer Science or equivalent level
• Minimum 6 years in deployment roles
