Coordinating a team of 8-10 associates; Welcoming and training new employees; Collaborating in physical work with the team; Operating a reach forklift to move products; Conducting daily team meetings in accordance with each day’s action plan; Planning operations and resource allocations for shipping and receiving; Relaying real-time information to the team to maximize production; Ensuring all products are placed on the trucks in a safe and efficient manner; Communicating frequently with the manager to optimize operations; Ensuring compliance with the standards for the merchandise; Maintaining a safe work environment and reporting and recording any incidences; Actively encouraging positive culture, teamwork, and collaboration; Carrying out other tasks as related to this position.
