Job Overview
As a Team Lead, you will train our concierge staff to maintain our high standards, foster a passion for excellence, be adept at problem‑solving, and promote team cohesion. As the main concierge during peak hours at the property, you will provide outstanding customer service, handle challenges adeptly, and empower your team.
