Team Lead, Contracts and Service Dev

Team Lead, Contracts and Service Development will oversee and sustain an interlinked system of eight service contracts that support the mail and logistics needs of GoA ministries. These include scheduled courier services, provincial delivery services, armoured car services, on‑call courier services, and contracted mailroom and distribution services in key Alberta cities.

The role involves managing vendor relationships, monitoring performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading projects to enhance service delivery. You will also ensure compliance with GoA procurement policies, regulations, and best practices while delivering best‑value solutions that meet the operational needs of GoA programs.
