As the Team Lead in this full-time role, you will oversee all aspects of program delivery, ensuring ethical support for participants and driving staff development. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and evaluation of program interventions
• Recruit and train volunteers and staff
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
• Engage with community stakeholders to enhance service delivery
• Document participant data and program impact
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Related Field
• 2+ years in leadership roles
• Experience advocating for marginalized groups
• Clear Police Intervention Check required
