Our Opening and Your Responsibilities This business unit is our logistics hub in Europe and provides logistical services for METTLER TOLEDO in the worldwide service business and in the import and export of products. To strengthen the Supply Chain team in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking for a committed and self-driven personality as a Team Lead and Transformation Specialist 100% (all genders).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the team's daily activities (workload distribution, priority setting, and escalation handling) to consistently meet quality and SLA expectations.
- Maintain performance visibility through simple, consistent reporting (KPIs, trend signals, exceptions) that supports decisions rather than creating overhead.
