Job Description
Our client, a top Canadian bank, is hiring an Team Lead - Agriculture in Ontario.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President – Agriculture, the Team Lead - Agriculture will coach a team of Account Managers - Agriculture, to promote the bank while also managing a senior portfolio of agriculture clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a team of account managers, creating an engaging work enviornment
- Track your employees growth and skills and development through personalized coaching
- Esablish a strategy with your partners to maximize your market impact and improve your sector's visibility
- Partiipcate in drafting the annual business plan for your market and manage it's execution
- Manage a mid-market portfolio
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through various acquisition and retention strategies
