Team Lead, Accounts Payable

Objective

Under the supervision of Financial Controller, the Accounts Payable Team Lead is responsible for providing strong leadership and oversight to the Canada and US Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of all payables. This role drives process optimization, strengthens internal controls, and fosters collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. The Team Lead ensures operational excellence, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and cultivates a high-performing, service-oriented team.
