- 7+ years of experience in warehousing & distribution environment
- Proven experience in Planning functions
- Ability to identify the root cause of complex problems, develop options and recommend solutions
- Strong written and oral communication skills, be able to work effectively with all levels within the organization
- Experience in facilitating cross-functional planning meetings and driving consensus among diverse teams
- Control and communicate Seasonal delivery performance, providing insights and solutions to commercial functions, channels, product categories, etc
- Deep dive and analyze KPI metrics, identify gaps, create plans to minimize forecast deviations, track and report General SC KPIs
