Job Description
Location: Puebla.
Key Roles and Responsibilities- Act as the senior technical leader in our market, providing guidance and direction to engineering teams and suppliers in cloud‑hosted environments.
- Provide direct guidance and advise IT functions in matters related to cloud hosting and associated technologies.
- Act as the technology leader on behalf of the Group Head of Cloud & DevOps.
- Own and manage group cloud platforms, ensuring they remain fully operational for internal IT teams of Home Credit and Digital Brand.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within internal teams, suppliers, and cross‑functional practices, contributing to internal resources development.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, networking, and core business systems.
