Tax Planning & Consulting Specialist

Job Description

- Update, maintain, and enforce GM’s Tax policies and procedures

- Actively manage tax controversies and litigation to produce tax efficient outcomes for GM

- Oversee the development of tax planning and analytic models

- Advise business personnel on the tax aspects of new business initiatives and operations

- Possess strong working relationships with external auditors, functional peers, taxing authorities, and outside counsel as required
