Our client is multinational leader in the renewable energy industry. They are looking for a Tax Manager to join their team!
About the Opportunity
- Tax Compliance
- Prepares schedules and working papers to support tax preparation, estimated tax payments, extensions and utility taxes.
- Prepares certain Canadian tax returns.
- Updates and maintains the thin capitalization model.
- Canada Green Tax Incentives
- Works with Development teams to analyze and understand the appropriate tax incentives for each project.
- Financial Reporting
- Gathers and analyzes financial information for reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Produces all SAP accounting system reports for use in the preparation of tax expense, taxes due, income tax returns, VAT, excise taxes and others.
- Ensures compliance with tax policies and procedures.
