The incumbent lawyer would be responsible for a wide range of tax matters, both independently and alongside the 3 Partners that make up the team. These include but are not limited to corporate tax planning and tax compliance advice on transactions and other financial arrangements, whether these be provincial, national, and even cross-border transactions across numerous industries.
