What You Will Be Doing

  • Assess Clients’ financial situations and fit for mutual funds using probing questions and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Simplify and explain investment strategies using language and analogies that make investing concepts easier to understand.
  • Coach Clients to adopt sound investor behaviors and habits that will position them to have long‑term success with their investments & deposits.
  • Educate Clients on the fundamentals of our products with the intention of raising their overall investor IQ.
  • Enable Clients to take control of their investments by providing them a tailored recommendation suited to their needs.
  • Empower Clients to use online self‑serve tools to assist with planning and goal setting.
  • Recommend other Tangerine products that are well suited to the Clients identified needs.
