• Partner with managers to clarify evolving job needs
• Efficiently source candidates and manage their interview process
• Review applications and conduct initial phone assessments
• Manage ATS data to reflect up-to-date candidate tracking
• Represent PLATO at career fairs and networking events
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma related to Business or Human Resources
• 3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience
• Adaptability to shifting hiring requirements
• Exceptional organizational skills
