About the role
This role is a key contributor to our overall strategy and plays a vital part in attracting, recruiting, onboarding, and engaging top talent across our offices in Halifax, Lévis, Ottawa, Gatineau, LaSalle and Victoria.
As an individual contributor, this position goes beyond traditional full cycle recruitment. The Talent Partner acts as a trusted advisor to leaders at every level and is responsible for developing and executing both pre hire and post hire strategies. The goal is to ensure an exceptional candidate experience while supporting engagement and retention throughout the first months of employment.
