Talent Discovery Lead

In the Talent Discovery Team Lead role, you’ll lead, train, and support your team for their development. You’ll plan and develop strategies for talent acquisition, help your team and Hiring Managers search, find, and attract the best talent in the market, and position Media.Monks in the market as a top talent‑attraction brand.
