Talent Director LATAM

What You’ll Do:

Responsible for leading the Latam strategy and execution of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition initiatives across 13 countries in the region. This role ensures the development of high‑performing leaders, the attraction of top talent, and the implementation of consistent, enterprise-wide talent practices aligned with global standards and regional business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Lead the LatAm talent acquisition strategy, ensuring high-quality hiring, diverse pipelines, and strong alignment with business growth needs.
• Drive employer branding, sourcing innovation, and candidate experience initiatives across the region
• Partner with global TA COEs to implement best practices, technology enhancements, and recruitment analytics.
