Talent Development Specialist

As a Talent Development Specialist at CAE, you will support the growth and development of employees through engaging, practical, and scalable learning experiences.

Working in close partnership with HR Business Partners, subject matter experts, and external vendors, you will translate business needs into impactful learning solutions aligned with CAE’s leadership and skills priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and deliver the rollout and adoption of learning initiatives and talent and leadership development programs aligned with business priorities (e.g., Leaders 101, Leaders of Influence).
• Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and stakeholders to diagnose needs and translate them into practical learning solutions and program plans.
