Talent Attraction Specialist (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team.

The Talent Attraction Specialist acts as a brand ambassador and talent scout to attract and recruit the best candidates in the market, fulfilling current and future hiring needs. The position leads and executes the full-cycle recruitment process from development of recruiting plans and creative sourcing strategies through to onboarding successful candidates. The Specialist participates and may lead some talent acquisition projects and initiatives and establishes strong relationships to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Here’s what would be included as a part of your typical day
