Passive Safety Systems Division – Talent Acquisition / Recruiter (Chihuahua Plant)
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse candidates.
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
- Network through various channels such as databases and social media.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Accomplish HR and organizational mission by completing related results as needed.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within in‑house recruitment or agencies.
- Experience building talent pools in Operations (Production Plants), R&D, IT, Supply Chain, etc.
