Talent Acquisition Sr. Analyst

Are you passionate about supporting companys strategy through recruitment? This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality talent to support our business growth by managing full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple functions. As a Talent Acquisition Sr. Analyst, you will own candidate pipelines, partner closely with hiring managers, and contribute to building diverse and inclusive teams through strategic sourcing.

You will join a collaborative, fast-paced recruiting team that supports multiple business areas and works closely with HR partners and leaders. The role is located in Querétaro and offers exposure to end-to-end recruiting processes, recruiting technologies, and opportunities to work on projects that strengthen how we attract and engage top talent at Kellanova.
