Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Role

Cymax Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles as we continue to scale. You'll be a strategic partner to hiring managers, a champion for candidate experience, and a key contributor to how we build and evolve our employer brand. This isn't a purely transactional recruiting role — we want someone who's curious, consultative, and genuinely invested in getting hiring right.

What You’ll Do

Sourcing & Talent Attraction

• Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, industry groups, and creative outreach strategies
• Partner with the People & Culture team to evolve our employer brand across social media, job boards, and review platforms like Glassdoor
