This is not a back‑office recruiting role. You’ll work directly with the President and senior leadership, owning hiring outcomes across the business. Full visibility. Real influence. What you’ll do:
- Own full‑cycle recruiting (source → close → 90‑day success)
- Manage 15–20 roles without sacrificing quality
- Build proactive pipelines of high‑caliber, often passive talent
- Partner directly with leaders to define and hire top performers
- Drive hiring decisions—not just process them
