The Admin Recruiter is responsible for the effective administration of corporate staff hiring requirements.This role ensures the accurate sourcing and hiring of highly qualified personnel through various digital platforms and headhunting efforts.
**Responsibilities and functions**- Daily review of internal Kardex authorization with Human Resources.
- Update digital platforms with current job requirements (Indeed, Empleo nuevo, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Requests the creation of individual templates for internal posting.
- 5.Attends job fairs to promote current administrative positions.
- Promote current open vacancies for internal Ambassadors.
- Conduct in-person and remote interviews while building the value of the brand utilizing various interview techniques (competency & behavioral-based interviews).
- Maintain and report all hiring and pipeline matrixes.
- Coordinate internal promotions with management staff (backfills and replacements).
