Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to pre-screening, evaluating, and supporting hiring decisions. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while maintaining a strong candidate experience and supporting administrative recruitment activities.

• Conduct initial phone/video screenings
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
• Manage recruitment documentation and candidate data
• Support structured interview processes and competency-based assessments
• Conduct reference and background checks
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Generate recruitment and interviewing reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
