Job Description
Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment Execution- Develop and execute recruitment plans based on the company's business needs.Local Channel Management- Develop and maintain local recruitment channels in Mexico.
- Build a talent pool with a focus on the manufacturing, chemical, and new materials industries.Interviewing & Assessment- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' professional skills, language ability, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with business departments to coordinate second-round and technical assessments.Onboarding Support- Assist new hires with onboarding procedures, including contract signing, IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) registration, and background checks.Recruitment Data & Reporting- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, channel efficiency, etc.) and generate regular recruitment reports.Employer Branding- Represent the company in local recruitment events, university partnerships, online presentations,...
