We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and manage full-cycle hiring processes for our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in agency recruiting, experience sourcing technical roles, and a proven ability to meet SLAs. This role requires fluency in English and familiarity with Workable or similar ATS platforms, including setting up automations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to the offer stage.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with clients to define hiring needs and build effective pipelines.
- Ensure SLAs are met for speed and quality of hires.
- Use Workable to track candidates and streamline recruitment.
