Voyago, Transdev Ontario is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Ottawa, Ontario. To work from our base located in Carp, Ontario.
Your Role:
Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a driving force in attracting and selecting top talent across all divisions who align with our values, mission and safety first focus. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders to understand recruitment needs, define job requirements, and ensure alignment with company policies, processes and current legislation. You’ll oversee the full recruitment cycle—from managing job postings to proactively sourcing, assessing, and securing high-quality candidates through our Applicant Tracking System.
