Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

TS Trucking is a top-tier transportation company with owned assets and nationwide presence across Mexico, providing logistics solutions. We are an entrepreneurial-minded organization that supports learning and growth. We are currently looking to add a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to our HR Department located in our office in Nuevo Laredo.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, selection, and retention activities.
• Organize and actively participate in the recruitment and selection process, including defining selection criteria, creating questions and tests, reviewing applications, interviewing candidates with hiring managers, verifying references, etc.
• Extend job offers and prepare offer packages for selected candidates.
• Propose and execute human resources programs and services focusing on recruitment and retention.
