The Mission
We are looking for a relentless Talent Acquisition Specialist to build the future of our team. Based in LATAM , you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from aggressive headhunting to final onboarding, ensuring we only hire the top 1% of talent.
Key Responsibilities
Active Headhunting: Don’t wait for applicants. Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and GitHub to find whispering talent for marketing, operations, and legal roles.
Vetting & Screening: Conduct rigorous initial interviews to filter for the eye, technical Web3 literacy, and cultural fit.
