This role primarily supports internal recruitment and unionized hiring. You represent our team and continually look to improve candidate experience, whether that is with external candidates or our existing employees. Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.
