Talent Acquisition Specialist
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, Western Canada, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full‑cycle recruitment of salaried hires for our Operations Buildings & Industrial groups, Corporate positions and Bird subsidiaries. The role can be based in Edmonton or Calgary. This position is based out of our Mississauga, ON, offices.

- Execute full‑cycle recruitment for salaried hires in line with the talent acquisition policies, procedures, standards, and salaried workflow.
- Lead the talent acquisition process and create a consistent and positive experience for the candidate and hiring team.
