Job Summary
The Senior Talent Solutions Partner is a senior individual contributor primarily responsible for the delivery, governance, and optimization of outsourced recruiting services through external RPO and vendor partners. This role owns vendor‑managed recruiting outcomes end‑to‑end, with success measured by achievement of defined SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and candidate experience outcomes. Serving as the primary point of accountability between the business, Talent Acquisition, and outsourced providers, the Senior Talent Solutions Partner ensures recruiting delivery aligns with workforce plans, business priorities, and financial guardrails while continuously improving vendor performance and effectiveness.
