Job Description
Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions
Coordinating with internal leaders to develop candidate profiles and make hiring decisions
Monitoring and analyzing recruitment KPIs
Ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Implementing improvements to talent acquisition processes
A minimum bachelor’s degree in administration, Human Resources, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition process (direct and indirect), ideally in EMS companies
Experience working with head-hunters
Demonstrated strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution
