Job Description
What Makes This Role Important at Ipsos? As a Recruiter you will support the User Experience Service Line with full life‑cycle talent selection, filling various level roles from entry level to Managers and Directors. You will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Head of User Experience, other members of the Recruiting team, and your hiring managers to develop a strategy to attract great talent for one of the world’s largest Market Research firms. This role will help Ipsos expand its operations year over year.
What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Provide full life‑cycle recruiting support across functions and geographies in North America
Work closely with hiring managers to determine the ideal candidate profile and sourcing strategy
Develop recruitment strategies with hiring teams
Proactively source candidates through various methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter
