We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who blends strong execution with growing strategic capability to deliver full-cycle recruiting across the Americas . You’ll be a consultative partner to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, translating business priorities into hiring strategies, using data and market insights to influence decisions, and helping shape proactive workforce planning.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Talent Partnership Advisory
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define success profiles, role scope, and hiring plans.
- Provide market intelligence (availability, competitiveness, feasibility) to set expectations and guide decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor—bringing insights, options, and clear recommendations.
End-to-End Recruiting Ownership
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across the Americas (intake to close).
