Elevate Unity Health Toronto's talent acquisition strategy as the Talent Acquisition Programs and Initiatives Lead. Focus on strategic sourcing, employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive hiring environment.
Your full-time temporary position involves partnering closely with management to design effective recruitment strategies. You'll manage key initiatives, including the Employee Referral Program and talent acquisition projects during times of rapid growth. You will also support diverse hiring practices and organizational recruitment strategies through innovative approaches and stakeholder engagement.
