About The Role

Support Talent Acquisition activities across the Americas and Europe team, ensuring all recruitment processes are executed in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance standards. Contribute to an efficient and positive hiring experience by supporting recruitment operations, coordination, and process excellence initiatives.

Location and Working Model

This position is based in Varginha / Minas Gerais - Brazil, under a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence at our factory in Varginha a few days per week, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions across different business areas.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align vacant requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
