Your Tasks as a Talent Acquisition Intern

As an integral part of the TA team, you will learn the ropes of recruitment by supporting our recruiters and hiring managers in finding the best talent for Dilitrust.

• Support Full‑Cycle Recruiting: Assist in the recruitment process across our various offices (Canada / USA + International), from initial screening to scheduling interviews.
• Sourcing: Help develop sourcing pools for various functions (Sales, GTM, Engineering) by identifying potential candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Shadow senior recruiters in meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs and learn how to define ideal candidate profiles.
• Candidate Experience: Act as a DiliTrust ambassador, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates through timely communication and coordination.
