About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Talent Attraction to build and lead a comprehensive Talent Attraction Program that supports PTW’s growth and long-term workforce strategy.

This role is responsible for developing a scalable, data-driven recruitment function from the ground up. Reporting to the VP, Strategy and People, the Director of Talent Acquisition will establish best-in-class recruiting processes, employer branding initiatives, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines to attract high-performing talent. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking talent leader who can build scalable recruiting systems, elevate teams, and produce measurable business impact through hiring excellence.
