Recruiting Coordinator – Brightcove
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling of post‑interview debrief meetings.
- Provide debrief materials.
- Assist in the execution of other recruiting activities as needed.
Qualifications / Experience
- Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system.
- 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or human resources experience.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and guide them to closure with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible, able to change direction quickly.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Able to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate.
