Hydro One’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Consultant to develop meaningful relationships with the business and candidates to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best talent for our diverse and inclusive organization.

Responsibilities

• Create a seamless and positive experience for hiring managers and prospective candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish for unionized and non-unionized positions: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, reference and background checks, and offer stage.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers in all areas of internal and external recruitment, including sourcing strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring adherence to provisions of the appropriate Collective Agreements and applicable legislation.
