Hybrid- 3 days in office
Must haves:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Strong experience recruiting within Utilities, Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Nuclear sectors
- Proven ability to recruit for hard-to-fill technical and engineering roles
- Experience supporting hiring across both Canada and the U.S.
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate generation expertise
- Ability to work independently and influence hiring leaders
- Experience building talent pipelines and executing creative sourcing strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and recruitment consulting skills
