Job Description

As an Associate for our Talent Acquisition team at the Senneville or Laval location, you will be focused on candidate screening and early‑stage candidate engagement. You will be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting phone/digital interviews, documenting candidate feedback, and coordinating next steps with Talent Acquisition Partners. This role is responsible for high‑volume recruitment and serves as the critical first impression of our company, therefore a passion for candidate experience is a must.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and exercising good judgment relative to our ways of working and values;
