Engage in Talent Acquisition for Chile covering professional levels for L1-L8 and support frontline teams. Deliver strategies, ensuring top talent aligns with PepsiCo needs and values.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruiting for professional positions in Chile, ensuring attraction and hiring of top talent, meeting LATAM SLAs and KPIs.
- Collaborate with TA team and South Cone Leader on regional project deployment.
- Develop relationships with universities and participate in job portals, forums, fairs to promote PepsiCo's employer brand.
- Maintain productive relations with stakeholders including hiring managers and HR partners to foster communication.
- Provide training and support on TA KPIs and processes according to LATAM guidelines.
- Assist in selection processes for frontline operational levels in Chile.
