Job Description
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Team Leader of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Administrator is responsible for assisting with the on‑going cycle of attracting, sourcing, screening and interviewing potential new employees. This position is also responsible for the administration that relates to talent acquisition including posting jobs and ensuring completion of background checks. This role assists the Talent Acquisition Specialist and HRBP’s in delivering high quality candidates for the City of Airdrie.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR team to understand needs, knowledge, skills and abilities for each required job opening
- In conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, conduct interviews and onboard new staff, ensuring a smooth integration process while fostering a positive candidate experience and aligning with organizational culture
