Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a TA Employer Branding Consultant. ## What you’ll do: Job Summary As a TA Employer Branding Consultant you will be responsible for supporting and advancing Eaton’s employer branding strategy across Latin America by promoting the company’s culture, values, and business goals through compelling content and visual storytelling to strengthen Eaton’s position as an employer of choice in the region. #Li-SL4 You will also lead the end to end recruiting process for the Eaton Leadership Development Program (ELDP), building strong relationships with target universities and early career talent pools to attract candidates aligned with Eaton’s leadership values and long term business needs.
