Job Description
Full-time, Permanent.Salary: 65,600 – 98,400 CAD annually (based on skills, experience, and location).
Systems/Application Support Specialist: you will play a key role in ensuring stability, availability, and performance of critical systems and applications.
You will provide technical support, incident management, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality IT services that align with business needs. Perform controlled resolution of incidents and problems, including prioritization and escalation. Ensure applications/systems availability meets or exceeds service standards. Monitor and maintain production environments to reduce operational risk. Provide day‑to‑day support, including accurate problem identification and timely resolution. Deliver effective application/system support and maintain proper documentation. Participate in change management and ensure smooth implementation of releases. Support disaster recovery planning and testing.
