SummaryAptiv is seeking a Systems Team Lead - Customer Engineering for its Advanced Safety and User Experience products. You will be building and working with a team of highly motivated individuals that work on various automotive technologies to enhance driver experience, prevent accidents, and save lives. In this role, you will lead a team of Customer Facing specialists, who are responsible to manage different aspects of ASPICE support processes: SUP.8 Configuration Management, SUP.9 Problem Resolution Management, SUP.10 Change Request Management, SPL.2 Product Release. You will identify the key skills required for each of the roles and level needed within your team. You will ensure that skill gaps are immediately addressed through formal and on-the-job training, internal transfers, or external hiring.
